For over 100 years, Big Brothers Big Sisters has operated under the inherent belief that every young person has the potential to succeed and thrive in life. In Northern Nevada, we facilitate impactful, monitored matches between adult volunteers ("Bigs") and youth ("Littles") across our local communities.
Right now, dozens of local kids are actively waiting for a mentor. Our top priority is recruiting dedicated Bigs and securing the funding needed to screen, vet, and support each match so these kids can begin experiencing the lifelong benefits of mentorship immediately.
